Resetting Your Password

If you can’t remember your password or your login isn’t being accepted, resetting it is quick and secure.

On the login page, look for the “Forgot password” link. Entering your account email will send you a reset link. Be sure to use the same email address you originally signed up with, as the link can only go there.

If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes land there. It’s also worth searching your inbox for the sender in case it’s been filed away automatically.

When you create a new password, choose something strong and unique: a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols that you don’t use on other sites. A password manager is a great way to keep track of it safely.

If you reset your password but still can’t log in, double-check that you’re using the correct email address — having more than one email can cause confusion about which account you’re signing into.

If the reset email never arrives at all, open a ticket from the email address on your account and we’ll help you regain access.
